Job Description:
IT experience of 8-10 years, Our of which 3+ years in IT Project Management using PMP/PMI and/or Agile CSM.

Accountable for delivery of program and project dependencies
Works with the Product Owner to manage dependencies across teams
Technical mentor to the team for questions and guidance
SPOC for the product and tech team for project pipeline and backlog related issues
Lead SCRUM ceremonies (Planning, Grooming, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) Facilitate and ensure the effectiveness of the Scrum
Team Monitor Burn down, message project / sprint status to program team
Own risk & impediment management
Own the project process and ensure that all projects within the program are following the due process; ensure all milestone gating requirements are met
Compute and track the productivity & quality metrics for various programs and share them with the management periodically
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
Pro-actively identify areas of improvement and drive them to implementation/closure
Individual should have advanced all round project management skills in addition to communication, negotiation & convincing skills in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple projects at a same time is a key expectation.

Job Duties:
• Defines Release Plan and Sprint Plan
• Facilitates Daily Scrum Calls
• Conducts Sprint Retrospective and Release Retrospective
• Executes Sprints and keep tracks of impediments and coordinates to resolve.
• Coordinates and prepares Launch Orchestration Plan
• Ensures deployment to Production follows standard SDLC Process and Quality product is released to Production.
• Ensures smooth working relationship between stake holders including but not limited to Business, PO, Development team, Testing, Interlock Team and other Support teams

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor degree in a related field (Business, CS, IS, MIS).
Must be a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills, and an ability to work closely with users, management
Experience creating enterprise and consumer products
A deep understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
Strong desire in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems
Project management working with cross functional teams
Advanced facilitation and communication skills
Experience with Agile, Scrum software development methodologies
Able to work collaboratively across divisions, functions & levels in a global organization
Capable of listening, negotiating & compromising with teams to ensure quality and business value
Logical, analytical & problem solving mindset
Expertise on TFS as project Management tool is mandatory
CSM certification is preferred
ITIL certification

Additional Job Tasks:

• Adhere to PMI / CSM/ ITIL / Frameworks as applicable during continuous process improvement.
