Roles and Responsibility :

Position Title : Project Manager
Education : Bachelor of Instrumentation / Mechanical
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 10-15 years
Purpose of Function :
To achieve the Planned Sales Revenue from the Focus Oil and Gas Market Segments in the assigned territory
Tasks and Responsibilities :
  • Key Account Management EPCs
  • Identify & Register companys product as a vendor with Key Accounts & EPCs and Contractors
  • Create Demand with these EPCs for company Projects
  • Pre-sales Activities with the EPCs
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to focus Project Business
  • Create Contact Matrix
  • Utilize DDEC
  • Performa Sales Process
  • Projects Funnel Development & Maintenance in CRM PSUs & EPCs
  • Order Forecast alongwith Monthly Order Entry and Netsales Development
  • Liasion with System Integrators and Channel Partners
  • Handing over of Secured Projects to Fulfilment Team
  • Cross Functional Team Work
  • Support the Segment/Business Managers for developing the Projects Business in designated territory
  • Support the Service Manager to implement the Service Plan in designated territory
  • Work Closely with Area Safety Sales Team.
  • Learning and Self Development
  • Learn comppanys Processes & Quality Systems
  • Participate in Self Learning within & Outside company Knowledge base
  • Improvement in Soft Skills

  • Additional Roles :
  • Provide Market Information for Management decision Process
  • Manage Credit Control & Receivables with Customers & Business Partners
  • Support Marcom Activities for implementing the Operative Marketing Plan.

  • Related Experience :
    Project Sales Experience in the related Territory. Experience of handling Instrumentation Systems or Projects Sales to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.
    Knowledge of Fixed Gas Detection System and O&G Safety portfolio is preferred. Working Closely with System Integrators, EPC Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers etc.
