We have vacancies for "Project Manager" professionals for our client who are Large, leading Financial Services organisation, operating from various locations in India.

Positions are based at Hyderabad and reports to the Business Head. It is a Rotational Day Shift Job.

 

Candidate Profile: Any Graduate with 10+ years relevant experience in CRM implementation.

Experience in handling team of 10 to 20 experience is must.  He should have good knowledge of Contract Centre Management, Excellent Communication. He should have hands on experience into implementation of CRM. PMP certification is an added advantage.

                                                                               

 

Job Description:

  • Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
  • Set project objectives.
  • Complete cost/benefit analysis. 
  • Manage scope and scope change requests.
  • Track projects against milestones. 
  • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and monitor for continuous improvement. 
  • Lead or oversee requirements gathering process.
  • Partner with (business/technical) Project Managers to deliver project. 
  • Develop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc.
  • Project communications including project education and marketing. Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members. 
  • Analyze, interpret, and derive meaning from data.
  • Ensure test plans are adequate and successful completion of all testing related tasks. 
  • Evaluate system and acceptance test results and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary. 
  • Identify and develop contingency plans to mitigate and address risks.
