Project Lead – Application Support

Coimbatore, India

Experience : 6+ years

Job Description :
Enable and support in planning, scheduling and deliveries of projects

Define roles of the team members based on their capabilities to ensure smooth process flow

Assign projects to the team, follow up on it and ensure proactive actions to meet targets

Prepare monthly performance report and present it to manager/GH

Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance quality & productivity

Conduct internal audit of processes/workflows/tools for team

Prepare and circulate status reports

Communicate regularly with client for project updates and demonstrate all services

Participate actively in the appraisal process for his/her team members

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills

Experience in working with US clients

Very good knowledge in MS-office

Experience in project planning tools (like ACE project)

Experience in DB handling

Estimate time and manpower for projects

Soft Skill Required

English language proficiency

Good interpersonal and people management skills

Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability

Self-motivated
