Job Description
• Responsible for implementation projects (e.g. the onboarding of merchants, client and product) by coordinating with all stakeholders (including external clients and internal teams such as Sales, Business Development, Tech, Operations and Product) throughout the full project lifecycle
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and merchants/clients simultaneously
• Responsible for monitor project progress and performance against plan.
• Responsible to successfully complete few applications to ensure the process works seamlessly, and resolve all issues during this phase
• Develop and / or edit documentation to convey clear messaging and other information to technical and non - technical people
• Carry out other tasks as directed.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in managing projects.
• Proficient verbal and communication skills
• Location:- Ghatkopar, Mumbai
