Job Description
Project Coordinator
Experience: 3-5 Years (in E-Governance Project Execution) 
 

Qualification: BSc, BCA/Relevant Graduation 

Work Location: Bangalore (Kormangala) 

Scope:
To ensure our E-Governance Projects end to end Execution and clients are delighted with delivery of the project Outsourced across PAN INDIA, Organizational expectations are met month on month and strive towards increasing repeat Business for the team and ensure the Team targets and Organizational goals are achieved.


Main responsibilities to be focused:



 Should be able to coordinate with our client about Project requirements and work accordingly and interacting with clients on daily/weekly/monthly basis and identify opportunities to fulfill their business needs.

 Should be ready to travel on project work across assigned place whenever required.

 Be accountable for Project delivery targets

 Should be good in Client relationship management.

 Following up with the existing Clients and setting up meetings with Clients with our Management whenever it’s required.

 Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail

 Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation

 Excellent organizational and time management skills

 A positive attitude to dealing with people

 Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual

 Handing Complete Project Execution Cycle for E-Governance Projects according to Clients requirement and fulfilling their requirement within give TAT.

 Report Generation of day to day progress for the assigned Projects.

 Maintain healthy group dynamics & coordinate with E-Governance Clients.

 Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.



Required Experience/Skills:

 3-5+years’ experience in Project Execution - E Governance Domain/relevant domain.

 Analytical and process-oriented mindset

 Enthusiastic and creative personality with the ability to inspire others

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 A proven track record in Project Management.

 Brand building & maintaining a high level of Client interaction through calls, personal interactions and via emails. 


PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

 Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.

 Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature approach in resolving differences.

 The ideal candidate is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" personality who is comfortable working "hands-on"

 Strong Team Player

 Excellent communicator, written and verbal.

 Results-oriented with the ability to balance all tasks given.
