Job Description

Providing leadership , training and support for care staff Establishing and maintaining skills and knowledge while ensuring that care is delivered according to the latest guidelines and best practices related to the management of diabetes Overseeing the quality of delivery through systematic assessment, monitoring and reviewing processes Ensuring clear and accurate records of communication systems are maintained and effectively used. Ensure that the care team is knowledgeable about the latest data privacy norms and helps create systems and processes to ensure highest level of adherence. Ownership of the training, protocol, processes to be followed by the care team. Be open to seek new ideas and technologies in delivering patient care remotely as per the guidelines of the company Derive insights from the data generated and be able to present them in relevant forums like seminars, congresses and patient forums etc Work closely with the management team to achieve the overall organisation goals and business success. Represent the company externally in relevant forumsboth locally or internationally such as the Dietetics society, Endocrine society, RSSDI as determined by the company from time to time. Work closely with the top KOL’s in the relevant field and set up advisory boards as per the company strategy.
