Job Description
Program Marketing Executive:

We are looking for a smart, marketing specialist to play a lead role in managing the marketing activities and processes across a variety of marketing channels and functions as part of the Customer Engagement program. f you feel excited by the challenge of setting the course for large company wide initiatives, building and launching customer facing products and customer loyalty initiatives in international locales and being hands-on involved in the delivery of these initiatives, this may be the next big career move for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be the part of Marketing launch - Assisting the core marketing team supporting Customer Loyalty program marketing for a designated period of time after which he is assigned to a position in staff marketing

• This role will require hands on implementation, project management, data analysis, and creative problem solving

• Additionally, this role requires cross team collaboration with marketing, IT, Compliance and Customer Loyalty team to ensure their plans are leveraging your key areas in the most efficient and effective ways

• Support Marketing Head in coordinating with the creative agencies and market research agency, for concept development, branding, creative development and execution

• Create and manage Marketing processes for better coordination and timely deliverables

• Manage and prioritize individual and team marketing tasks to ensure launch campaigns are executed on time while also making progress on longer-term initiatives

• Design report formats for tracking and managing campaigns and constantly review metrics to determine what is working and what can be improved

• Recommend new initiatives to test, develop test plans, lead and execute test efforts, and report on results

• Coordinate with the different departments to present marketing creative/collaterals and seek approvals

Desired Skills and Experience

• Basic Qualification 2+ years’ experience in a related role (e.g. online/digital marketing, marketing operations, account management) having experience in analytical tools (e.g. Excel, pivot tables, graphical presentation)

• Added advantage for candidates having experience in managing email systems, SEO, social media marketing, media planning/buying, affiliate marketing, or mobile marketing

• Communication skills must be exceptional both written and verbal

• He must be driven motivated and enthusiastic about his work

• He should be persuasive and a good negotiation
