We are looking for a bright, young and energetic business /Finance professional preferably a CA with around 8 -12 years of experience in investments and financial due-diligence associated with the digital media space as also possess a sound understanding of media from the perspective of ethics, integrity and credibility. The candidate would also need to have the required sensitivity to appreciate the deep commitment and entrepreneurial risks that journalists would take in forsaking the comfort of mainstream media. Since the Foundation provides financial support to entities in the digital space, a good knowledge of the process of creation and distribution of digital content, consumption behavior and various business models in digital media will be an added advantage.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
