Job Description
2-3 Yrs. Priorexperience as Tele sales officer

Generating sales from Cold calls and Client servicing calls

Prior experience on reactivating dormant a/c.s will be preferred

Strong personality and responsible approach in taking decisions

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Good work email and telephoneetiquettes

Fair experience in providing MIS on Ms Excel 

Liasioning - with various stakeholders, External and Internal customers/ Departments.

Customer Delight TAT bound Response and Resolution on customer query and complaints.

VOC- Collect customer Feedback on product and services, identify issues and resolve them.

Strict Follow ups ensure timely closures on all open cases, chase support teams for timely resolutions.

MIS- Maintain clear and correct reports to have ready data for analysis.

Analyse- Keep check on any non-billing customers and get them back to sales

Adhere to SLA across processes to ensure high quality and customer service.

Team Player- Work effectively as a part of team to achieve individual and team objectives

Client Management- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Customer Retention Identify & Activate all Dormant/ Dead/ Locked Dealers, ensure a downward trend in these numbers.

Adept quickly with changes in process and suggest process improvement ideas.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Adept in managing and delivering results in multiple processes
