• Experience in Manual Testing that involves End to End System testing. • Very Good in UNIX and Shell Scripting • Worked extensively on Test cases generation and Manual testing. • Should have worked from Backend / Server side / Database Testing. • Advantageous if have work experience in Automation through Selenium Webdriver • Advantageous if candidate is from BSS domain - Billing & Mediation. • Should have good communication skills. • Preferably from a Product company with Product testing experience.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
