Job Description
install software products, applications, database systems, networking and other related applications at customers’ sites.

Deploy software technology solutions to ensure technical software support.

Coordinate with manufacturing unit to resolve production issues.

Work closely with technical teams to enhance the quality of existing products.

Initiate development of new products and projects.

Interact with customers and resolve technical issues.

Manage and monitor customers’ expectations.

Create and maintain product support database to ensure customer satisfaction.

Guide, mentor and lead technical staff in ensuring product support.

Install, support and configure solutions for end users.

Initiate and implement product enhancement procedures and standards.
