Should take the responsibility of the cases assigned till the issues are solved and responsible to maintain the issue tracking up-to-date with the complete communication with the issue submitter and the solution Should possess strong troubleshooting skills and positive attitude towards analyzing and solving the issues to the client team's satisfaction Good written communication skills are mandatory with ability to clearly, articulate the message o Should be able to communicate through emails for the issues with the submitters with clarity. o The mails should be detailed to a level that the submitter is able to understand as the submitters are from different regions. o Should be able to understand the issues reported by the delivery teams and clearly explain the solutions and reasons for the issues through the mails Good verbal communication skills to speak to the issue submitters to understand the issues and to explain the solutions as and when needed Good interpersonal skills (should have good listening skills, patience and handle situations in a calm and composed way) Ability to understand the priorities and solve the issues according to the timelines expected as the client team projects We know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but alsothe right people. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
