Roles and Responsibility :
Position Name:Product Specialist Location:Mumbai Experience:4 to 6 years Qualification:Bachelor of Chemical or Petroleum, Instrumentation, Electronics Engg. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for performing the business development activities for the assigned product portfolio in the given focus segment. The business development will involve bringing expertise of product portfolio toward the customers thereby generating leads.
Work Closely with Business Managers and Sales colleagues of relevant segments
Identified areas of Product application and perform demonstrations, presentations and customer events for the product portfolio
Monitoring of sales volume for the product in the given segment (Quantity and Pricing)
Provide Product expertise to the sales team and assist product approvals, registration of the product.
Demo inventory management
Participate in trade shows, awareness campaigns, road shows, etc. with Marketing communication specialist.
Additional Roles
Technical support for Product presentation, Demonstration and Tender specification
Support in getting local product approvals
Readiness of demo portfolio in respective segment and area

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
