To develop Market for slab Globally in all market segments
Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the Maximus products. also includes marketing, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
Analyzes market and competitive conditions and lays out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands
Delivers the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
