Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas : 6 – 8 Areas Performance Standards (6-8 per

KRA)

Product Development

 Develop new product in line with the requirement of industry /

segment

 Regularly review the product pricing in line with competition.

 Project management with tight delivery timelines and necessary

escalations, if envisaged any delay. Work with the internal Re-

engineering groups to ensure delivery of customer level as well

as mass solution offering.

 Liaise with Audit, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology

teams on all aspects of product development which are

regulatory or non-regulatory in nature.

Product – Monitoring

 Monitor and review the performance is in line with targets,

highlight gaps / areas of concern.

 Strategic decision making basis externally affecting variables and

identify / scope the opportunities to arrive at budgetary

forecasts.

o Key performance indices at product level which are very

important to the business growth in-line with budgets.

o Cost and income lines at product / transaction level to

ensure correctness in billing / customer profitability;

identify new revenue lines and take necessary

measures to stop any product abuse.

o Competition deposit movement and best practices

 Provide data support to Audit team for Regulatory reporting

Marketing - 1. Up to date information on all

 Ensure that any change / revision in product is communicated to

the Marketing Manager – CA and updated on all internal or

external reference portals. Jointly conduct regular reviews and

keep it updated.

 Conduct periodic review of collaterals and knowledge databank

on internal knowledge portal

 Provide expertise to dependent internal stake-holders through

training material which is simple and concise on the approach

and USP’s.

Customer Analytics :

 Develop analytical models and plan multi-channel marketing

communication plan across the customer life-cycle and ensure

high ROI.

 Design and implement plan for low-cost acquisition /

engagement models through digital acquisition or campaigns on

non-managed portfolio related to activation and cross-sell.

 Always demonstrate "Customer-oriented" and "One-bank"

approach for every intervention and work with multiple stake-

holders across Asset, Digital Payment, CMS, and Trade Forex etc.

 Ensure data is actioned, hence constantly review the business

development team / product or channel team on the actions

taken and any improvisation required.

 Devise innovative solutions based on behaviour, segment or

transactional profiles which are unique in industry and across

multiple platforms for driving portfolio growth.

Business Monitoring:

 Prepare Budgets in line with trends and Senior Management

 Liaise with RBB to collate the branch level budgets and conduct

proper validations and justifications

 Closely monitor the budget trends and highlight gaps to Regional

Product Manager for corrective measure

 Liaise with RBB to collate information related to ALCO and other

important KO objectives including Sales Plan and monitor
