Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Preparation of PFD 
  • Making of P diagram for each process 
  • Developing PFMEA 
  • Development of control plan based PFMEA 
  • MSA - R & R study 
  • Process Validation 
  • Process capability proving - PPK 
  • Setting SPC - for controlling the process ongoing basis / CPK monitoring 
  • Systematic Problem solving. 
  • Preparation of VSM of each Manufacturing line 
  • Analysis of SPC - Corrective actions 
  • Establishing POKAYOE in process 


Requirement
  • Knowledge of Process. 
  • Basic knowledge of fixtures, materials, cutting tools sensors, Pneumatics, Hydraulic and electrical controls 
  • Understanding of tolerances and dimensioning, fits 
  • Reading of part drawing- Engineering drawings 
  • TS 16949 
  • PFMEA / Control plan 
  • Cp-Cpk, SPC 
  • Problem solving tools, 
  • Knowledge of time study 
  • VSM - Methodology 
  • Lean Manufacturing 
  • Mechatronics 
  • Basics of Hydraulic / pneumatic circuit, component functioning of basic components in circuit.
