In this role you will have to create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other objects and functions.
You will need to provide support for SFDC issues/requests raised by internal teams and adherence to support SLA defined for SFDC application.
You will independently code, debug, revise and document intricate objects or systems. May design systems based on functional area assigned.
You will have to ensure delivery of the project as per specification, project plan and within budgeted cost and resources and Co-ordination with internal business team for project delivery and reporting.

Minimum qualifications

\u2022 B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science
\u2022 Well versed with software engineering techniques SDLC and Data management.

Preferred qualifications

\u2022 Prior experience in SFDC support
