Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Record to Report

In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.
Responsibilities
. Preparing and proposing month end Journal entries for Balance Sheet adjustments
. Good understanding about month end close process
. Preparing reconciliations and driving to close open items
. Provide internal and external audit support
. Understanding of Revenue and Payable accounting
. Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
. Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
. Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
. Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
. Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

. 1-3 yrs prior experience in managing accounting functions
. Bachelor in commerce/Accounting or equivalent with a strong academic record
TX Converse 48
Preferred qualifications
. Previous experience in RTR domain
. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with good communication skills
. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift )
. Strong attention to detail.
