Inviting applications for the role of PD, Collections

In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.
Review accounts and call on delinquent customers / receive phone calls to collect / resolve delinquent customer queries
Understand customer requirements and then collect on amount due.
Use all tools available to resolve delinquency while ensuring customer retention
Resolve customer issues and make him commit to a day for payment
Verify customer details
