Overall responsibility for Leading and developing solutions for IT opportunities for all NEP customers Responsible for leading sales pursuit in order to define clients business / IT requirements, identify and define technology solutions, facilitate buy-in from all stakeholders Partnering with business and technical leaders to identify and scope of opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, and identify risks and constraints. Ability to help generate kick start new relationships, managing the transitions and driving the AMS engagements to steady state conditions - experience in starting up offshore teams and managing global resources.  Formulating a comprehensive approach & win-theme, writing proposals, solution design & estimation for Application Outsourcing and Digital Transformation opportunities Working towards creating sales pipeline to meet vertical goals
