Job Description
Position : Presales Executive

Experience :2Yrs to 4Yrs

Joining Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibility

1. Prepare customer/vertical specific sales collaterals Capability presentations, Case studies, Solution documents, Whitepapers etc. by working closely with the respective practice teams.

2. Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management, coordinating with delivery & sales team for capturing the responses and good understanding of End to End sales life cycle.

3. Handling product Demo presentation and must be able to highlighting core value proposition of solutions. Must be able to both functional and technical sessions of the demo

4. Must be able to prepare detailed scope documents for various stages covering overall engagements, statement of work and other relevant details

5. Should be able to explore and grasp the new projects requirements from customers and correlate the present solution offerings along with inputs from sales, delivery & product teams to come up with a high quality proposal response

6. End-to-end ownership of the proposal and provide response for timely submission

7. Coordination between Sales and other internal teams

8. Liaising with various teams and departments and collate information in a timely manner

9. Close the feedback loop by providing product team with inputs to influence product roadmap as received from the market

Desired Skills

1. Should have good writing and articulation skills.

2. Good presentation skills, well versed with MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, case studies, marketing collateral etc.

3. Ensure adherence to timelines, multi task and prioritize under pressure for all the deliverables

4. Aptitude to self-learn, highly motivated and ability to adapt to complex situation

5. Self-confident, resourceful, highly competitive and be a team player

6. Must have willingness to travel to customer locations around the world

7. 2 years of industry experience in IT Product presales
