Job Description
ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for driving proposal response and proactive pitch of Wipro's ServiceNow offering in target accounts.  The consultant's responsibility will be as below You will be required to work with teams from identified set of accounts to prepare proactive pitch & proposal for ServiceNow offerings. This will consist of the following broad activities Coordination of information collection with verticals and data analysis with Alliance teams Solution design based on the findings and observations of data analysis Develop Wipro's pitch of this solution contextualizing it with customer’s requirement Participate in customer presentation preparation and deliver Wipro's proposal  Proactive Proposal Management  Project manage the entire proactive Proposal process by preparing and deploying the plan  Identify the teams /experts to be reached out for contributing to the solution Review progress as per the plan and takes corrective actions Effort Estimation & Review: Work in collaboration with the practice & vertical to determine the optimal and winning effort estimate Ensure all proposals is scheduled for review with Wipro Sr Management well before submission Customer Management Support sales team by gathering relevant information on technology platforms etc Create repository of information that can be used by sales team for presenting to the customer/client Present or lead client presentations/workshops involved in demand generation effort Knowledge Management Create Collaterals, account dockets etc that can be reused by the team Create standardized templates for replicating across proposals & solutions Work on case studies to be published internally and possibly to the external world
