Job Description
Hands on experience in Telecom/Software Presales, Proposal Management.
Worked on creating and responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI
Ability to understand Business and technical requirements & conceptualize end to end solution.
Able to prepare PPTs & demonstrate to prospects/partners at a high-quality level.
Lead to demonstrate the solution & arrange PoC as required by customers.
Designing solutions for partners'/customers' needs & ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and work with various teams within the organization to deliver customer requirement
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
Aware of the newest marketing trends and understand how to utilize them to bring the best results
Must have strong initiative, be results oriented and have well-proven influencing /impact skills- Must have a strong understanding of product offering, USP and pitch.
Understanding & capability to define Call flows, Business flows, use case flows and document it.
Have worked on integrations with multiple CRM/Ticketing tools/other software..
Solution Gap analysis, costing and system sizing
Product and solution presentation.
Act as a SPOC for the client till the complete solution delivery is done.
