Job Description

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant (Pre-Sales) experience in an IT services company.
  • Work with the Sales, Technical and Delivery team to come up with a high quality proposal response.
  • Anchoring responses to Proactive (proposals) as well as Reactive (RFP/RFI) bids as a SPOC for timely submission.
  • Prepare customer/vertical specific sales collaterals (Capability presentations, case studies, solution documents, whitepapers etc.) by working closely with the respective practice teams.
  • Understand and gather requirements from the Sales/Account teams.
  • Assists sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and account specific sales plans.
  • Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to design a solution response .
  • End-to-end ownership of the proposal response to the client for timely submission.
  • Good understanding of the IT Services landscape â€" From Traditional stack (SDLC) to Next Gen stack (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Big Data etc).
  • Understanding of Telecom Industry and OSS/BSS stack will be an additional advantage.
  • Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and good understanding of End to End sales life cycle.
  • Good presentation skills, well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, case studies, marketing collateral etc.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and get the required information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution / proposal.
