PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE 


VIDEO CONFERENCING (VC)


Education: Degree / Diploma in Engineering.

Experience: 3+ years of Experience in Managing VC Projects.



Job Description:
  • Serve as Pre-Sales Expert for the all Video Conferencing (VC) Solutions.
  • Monitor the VC Industry for Technological Advancements
  • Concerns that could relate to the Product Suite. 
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Current VC Technologies
  • Competitive Changes, Lead Discovery Sessions with Prospects
  • Internal Sales Team to Map Customer Requirements. 
  • Build Documentation such as Poject proposals, VC Design Documents,
  • VC Tenders, Bid-specifications, Training Documentation. 
  • Drafts and Finalize the Project Implementation Plan
  • Key Information Relating to the Project such as the Deliverables
  • Milestones, Project Team, Project Infrastructure Information. 
  • Drafting of the Work Breakdown Structure 
  • Detailed listing of all the Tasks for the different phases of the Project, 
  • Document all Solutions provided to Customer
  • Team Members can Benefit as and when Required. 
  • Rapid Changes in AV Technologies, 
  • Multitasking and Ability to Manage Multiple Projects, 
  • Structure Project Teams & Define Profit. 
  • Display Initiative & Self-motivation & Delivers High Quality Work, 
  • Meeting Deadlines for both Internal & External Customers, 
  • Understands Consultative approach to Selling.
