Indian MNC HAVING ITS PRESENCE IN UK & NETHERLANDS REQUIRES
POSITION: HR &  ADMIN EXECUTIVE

JOB LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI

QUALIFICATION: ANY GRADUATE + MMS /PG IN HR /IR

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 2YRS EXP IN HR GENERALIST PROFILE IN A MANUFACTURING COMPANY.

SKILL SETS:

Excellent written & verbal communication in English

Good exposure in Ms Excel , word & self correspondence in emails

Team player working towards smooth function of an organisation

Job responsibilities not restricted to

Structuring and implementing programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new- employee orientation

Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan

Handling overall co-ordination of recruitment, induction, exit & ensuring cultural fit.

Introduced campus recruitment with various colleges for best and cost effective talent acquisition.

Designing job descriptions across all levels and categories and interviewing employees to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position.

Providing guidance on development for managers and their teams and organizing events and other team activities

Developing user friendly application forms and questionnaires to be used by the organization during staff recruitment and interviewing.

Inducting new joiners into the organization, preparing joining kits, and processing all joining formalities, also coordinating with consultants and internal references, candidates and line managers regarding recruitment requisitions

.

Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.

Lead Vendor audits relating HR ,.

Worked as Management Representative for ISO.

Conduct Factory review meetings with senior management and works committee at factory level.

Defined quarterly performance target with the help of department heads communicate to employees . Analyzed and taken review and realizing quarterly incentives.

Helped employees to achieve their targets by provided support system.

Time Office Functions:

Implementation of the Attendance Recording System for all employees

Monitoring & Control of Attendance, Overtime and Compensatory offs of employees

Implementation of Company leave policy

Maintenance and updating of leave records of all employees basis leave applications

Generation of necessary MIS reports

Salary Administration:

Payroll processing of all employees & officers

Responsible for smooth run of payroll for factory

Processing of Overtime payments basis OT slips.

Effecting deductions – Loans / Advances / Snacks / Leave without Pay / Unauthorized absence etc. as per policy.

Statutory deductions – PF / ESI / Income Tax / Professional Tax etc.
