Duties & Responsibilities

· Handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all the tasks between the organisation and others are positive and productive.

· Master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.

· Routine internal functions of the establishment:

a. Backoffice Management

b. Co-ordination of operational, financial, legal and admin work.

c. Act as the point of contact of the immediate superior and the third parties (like vendors, clients, brokers, bankers)

d. Timely Compliance of documents with BMC, Architects, Bank, Advocates and CA.

· An eye for detail and problem-solving attitude.

· Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team.

Key Skills

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to practise work.

Minimum Level of Education

· MBA degree
