Project Description

PMO for Excelian Vendor Solutions Practice in India, working alongside VS India Practice Leads and Account Managers

Responsibilities

Regular responsibilities:
extensive Governance support
resource lifecycle operational support (on-boarding, termination, relocation, working time tracking, etc.)
resource tracking in Luxoft systems (IBT, LuxStaff, TRM, ED)
data quality check in Luxoft systems (IBT, LuxStaff, TRM, ED)
invoicing conduction: timesheets collection and reconciliation vs Customers' internal time tracking system, approvals request, SO creation (InvoicingSys), payment tracking
contracts monitoring: SLA tracking, requirements check
Security and Compliance support
travels and visas support (LuxTravel, BPM)
cooperation with corporate services (HR, Recruitment, Fin dept, Legal dept, BTD, OPR, GR, etc.)
Additional tasks:
SAM support
administrative support of account staff and account and delivery management
Ad hoc requests from Customer side

Required Candidate profileSkills


Must Must: Excel, PPT, strong verbal and written communciation, Experience with all sorts of reporting, contracts and invoices, staff tracking, onboarding, timesheeet. Good prioritization and stake holder management skills
Nice to have Nice-to-have: Visio, experience of work with DBs (e.g. Jira)
