Job Description:


Experience: 1 to 5 years

Notice Period: Immediate

Role: Project Management Office Professional

Responsible to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage successful delivery of assigned applications.

Provide required support, application status insights, and consultative services to project / business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Project Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, Communication, Risk

Delivers defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality

Interfacing with client front door resources and perform the Amdocs front door activities such as responding to estimate requests, resource assignments and processing Fixed BIDs

Interface and work with business analysts and information system focal points for project requirements

Working with project teams and gathering status, managing any change requests and ensuring all the project status are aligned across multiple tools

Follow-up with the clients on approval and interface with the development and testing leads to provide justification for all the estimates in case of questions/issues

Identify & highlight key issues and present results, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern and possible deviation from established projects plans

Maintaining issues / action items log for project team through status meetings and follow-up until action is closed, as well as share status if project goes into a jeopardy status with the leadership Propose action plans and mitigation activities and/ or opportunities for improvement; work jointly with management to implement action plans.

Organize and lead daily scrum calls, remove impediments, support product owner and product owner delegate with backlog and release plan maintenance, provide reports on iteration status and ensure all ITUP processes and deliverables are met it the projects are following Agile lifecycle

Ability to understand and complete financial reports on monthly basis

Maintain ITUP CDOPT, Prism project work, workbook updates and project timelines

Ability to be very organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and manage a globally diverse team

Work to streamline work processes & leverage best practices and standards across the unit/ projects


Previous PM experience (1-3 years)

Excellent written and verbal communication – to communicate with executive leadership on projects

PM experience that includes experience with the full SDLC model and/or PMI Model of the project management lifecycle

Excellent customer skills – ability to understand customer requirements and learn the customer / followup / support customers in all their needs and statuses and become trusted adviso

Excellent collaboration and team work within the organization and 3rd party vendors, where applicable
