Roles & Responsibilities-
Define requirements and plan project life cycle deployment through coordination of project.
Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
Plan and schedule project deliverable's, goals, and milestones
Coach and mentor the project team of 10-15 members (Developers & Testers) with respect to quality, on-time, on-budget project deliverable's that meet the requirements while mitigating risk.
Direct and oversee project team and manage conflicts within group.
Perform team assessments and evaluations.
Efficiently identify and solve project issues.
Ensure program/project compliance by escalating appropriate issues to the management.
Coordinate and facilitate daily/weekly status meetings with CEO.
Maintain project artifacts by ensuring all information/documentation is stored in central repository, and client folders are up to date and contain correct data.
Contribute significantly to company's best software delivery practices.
Work through appropriate curriculum.
