Job Description
• Supervising the planning requirements for the project delivery. 
• Managing the development and delivery of the final set up plans.

• Supervising the sequencing and scheduling of works across multiple projects in a programme.

• Establishing and maintaining schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor     performance.

• Preparing and reviewing proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national regulations.

• Working closely with the client, sub - consultants and main contractors.

• Reviewing the overall project status with the project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.

• Responsible / Leading the planning team for the project.

• Producing work breakdown structure (WBS) networks, schedules, critical path analysis (CPA), Earned Value Analysis   (EVA) etc.

• Managing project schedules, tracking the work activities & updating the project plan throughout the project life time     using management tools such as Primavera P6 & MS Project etc.

• Studying the project contract documents & preparing CAD for project for ease reference

• Preparing MIS reports like Zero Budget, CTC, AOP, Profit/loss statement, Labor variance reports, 3 Months look ahead etc

• Preparation of Cash flow, Progress S-Curve, Manpower/machineries/material requirement for the Project.

• Prepare and submit periodical progress report to client and warning the delays in construction to the management

• Attending the progress meetings with clients and sub-contractors on weekly/fortnightly basis to compare Actual   progress vs Planned

• Preparing MOM for weekly progress meetings

• Preparing Recovery schedule to mitigate the project delays

• Preparing progress claim for the projects

• Analyzing & Preparation of documents for Extension of Time, Variation Items, Non BOQ items etc. 


• Minimum 2-5 years experience with high rise project and ACS/jump formwork construction system planning experience.

• A good team player with good communication

• Take ownership and deliver

• Can work with least support

• Have experience on planning software / Having exposure with multinational projects is an added advantage

• Having excellent analytical skills / Having knowledge of rate / cost analysis
