●Executing Stress Analysis of lines connected to Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors, Fired heaters, Heat exchanger, Reboilers, Column, Vessels, storage Tanks, Reactors, Air fin coolers, Pumps.
●Analyzing high temperature lines connected to Compressors, steam turbine and to qualify nozzle according to NEMA standards, alignment check, flange leakage check and frequency requirements.
●Stress analysis of lines for operating and towing conditions as per project specifications.
●PerformingHog Sag Calculation, Perform Blast Analysis.
●Static analysis ofWind,Seismic & two phase flow (Slug) lines of piping systems
●Performing analysis of Buried line etc.
●Performing Trunnion check Flange leakage checkand WRC calculations
●Preparation of Pipe Rack and Structural Loading data to Civil
●Preparing Equipment platform loading drawing and piping clip information for hot and Cold Equipment’s as per piping support requirements.
●Preparation of structure loading and steel requirements for civil input.
●IFC Isometrics back check for stress and support requirements.
●Selection of spring supports and vendor spring GAD review.
●Preparation of stress analysis final Reports.
