One of our esteemed clients, a leading chain of Pharmaceutical hypermarkets in Oman would like to following category of personnel's from India. 

Pharmacist:


Job Description:

Dispense drugs as per prescriptions received.

Takes care of the stock in the respective area like maintenance of the inventory, movement of short expiry drugs, intimate to the Head of stores.

Checking the material received from pharmacy main stores with batch id & expiry.

Physical verification of stocks must be conducted periodically.

To control over the stocking of inventory.

Constant monitoring of inventory using fifo techniques & constant vigil on near expiry drugs.

To identify non-moving drugs and discuss with in charge in order to take corrective actions.

To meet quality standards by maintaining quality indicators for the department.

Follow safe dispensing practices.

Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate should be a bachelors in pharmacy.

Candidate has to undergo Prometric test in India if not undergone test earlier

Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy.

Candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Basic Salary = 400 (Four Hundred Omani Riyal only).

Monthly Overtime allowance =50 (Fifty Omani Riyal only).

Accommodation will NOT be included.

Medical facilities will be given in our clinics.

One-month paid leave will be granted upon completion of 12 month of service.

Two-way air ticket once in a year. (Maximum 120 Omani riyal).

Duty timings will be nine hours per day.

Contract of two year will be applicable which will be renewed upon mutual agreement.

Probation period of six months will be applicable during which candidate performance will be assessed.

Weekly Friday off.

Medical Representative:


Job Details:

Candidate will be responsible to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors

Managing the sales & marketing operations with focus sales growth

Consistently achieve the territory targets as assigned

Generate prescription from doctors through regular visits

Maintain and develop customer relationship

Maintain coverage and compliance as per company norms

Sustain and develop scientific knowledge of the products assigned

Maintain call average as per company norms.

Ensure proper implementation of marketing and scientific inputs

Update Daily Call Report as per company norms

Capture market feedback from customers on a regular basis and provide inputs to PM team

Development for enhancing brand awareness

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate should be Young & Dynamic.

Good Communication Skill in English, Innovative, Target Driven.

Qualification:-B. Pharma is must.

Candidate must have passed Prometric with minimum score 65% .

Candidate with dataflow report completed will be preferred.

Minimum three years and above experience in reputed MNC company.

Must have pleasant personality, energetic, persuasive skills, patient, hard worker, team player.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Basic Salary = 400 (Four Hundred Omani Riyal only).

Monthly HRA =225 (Two Hundred Twenty-Five Omani Riyal only)

Telephone Allowance=25 (Twenty-Five Riyal Only).

Outstation Allowance will be provided based on the visit.

Vehicle will be provided, and Petrol Charges will be on behalf of the company.

Medical facilities will be given in our clinics.

One-month leave will be granted upon completion of 12 month of service.

Two-way air ticket once in one year. (Maximum 120 Omani riyal).

Probation period of Six months will be applicable, upon completion will be eligible for permanent position. If the candidate under-performs during this probation period in the assigned Job will be eligible for termination with 30 days notice period.

Sales Manager| Product Manager | Retail Pharmacy Manager:


Job Details:

Motivating the sales team and increasing the sale of the company

Initiate partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships.

Conduct promotional events/marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase the sale.

Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the company.

Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.

Meet your monthly revenue targets and close new business deals by coordinating the requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating partner needs with business operations.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals

Attention to detail and ability to critically think through and resolve problems.

Should be able to handle potential clients when on the field as the first in command.

Keep partner satisfaction at the core of every touch point with the partner.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate should be Young & Dynamic.

Good Communication Skill in English, Innovative, Target Driven.

Qualification:-Any graduate. MBA with marketing will be preferred. .

Minimum three years and above experience as second line manager in reputed MNC company.

Must have pleasant personality, energetic, persuasive skills, patient, hard worker, team player.

Should have proven track record of handling sales team with sustained increase of sale.

Must have experience in medical industry.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Basic Salary = 500(Five Hundred Omani Riyal Only).

Monthly HRA =225 (Two Hundred and Twenty-Five Omani Riyal only)

Telephone Allowance=25 (Twenty-Five Riyal Only).

Outstation Allowance will be provided based on the visit.

Vehicle will be provided, and Petrol Charges will be on behalf of the company.

Medical facilities will be given in our clinics.

One-month leave will be granted upon completion of 12 month of service.

Two-way air ticket once in one year. (Maximum 120 Omani riyal).
