Job Description
• Handling and sorting all inward and outward mails.

• Regular filing of correspondence and confidential documents.

• Systematic maintenance of files and all other routine work.

• Manage and carry out all administration and Secretarial work for smooth function of Department.

• Organizing meeting and conferences.

• Taking dictation, Typing and preparing presentations for the meeting

• Calendar Management.

• Preparing daily, monthly progress reports.

• Co-coordinating with CRM team, Sales team and HR regarding work progress.

• Internal and official mail drafting.

• On behalf of the MD, follow up and monitoring the work progress. (Internal and External)
