Job Description
Dealing with correspondence and Handling incoming calls and other communications.
managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Organizing events and conferences.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain the office in common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Experience as a virtual assistant.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Experience- 0-1 year
CTC- 1-1.5 LPA
