Job Profile:
This job is in the India Payroll department. The person will be working with Payroll process as Payroll Compliance Executive assisting them completing pre and post payroll activities including generating ad-hoc reports to analyze payroll data, checking and online submission of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity etc. This is a bright opening for anyone who has interest to work in India Payroll domain and join industry. The role reports into the Team Leader responsible for Statutory Compliances. Some of the key responsibilities include the following:
•Ensuring adherence to the checklist
•Maintain and publish periodic dashboard,
•MIS Reports.
•Adhere and Comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
•Preparation & checking the documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, Prof. Tax Challans, Income Tax Deductions etc.
•Making Statutory payments for Salary
•Submission of Profession Tax Challan In Every Month Submission Of Professional Tax Returns.
•Preparation of Challan like PF, ESI, LWF
•Ensuring compliance with all Laws related to Shop & Establishment Act (Pan India)
•Data Preparation for Professional Tax from salary
•Generation of UAN numbers & ESIC numbers
•Handling Client Audit Monthly / Quarter / Yearly Basis
•Sending documents to the client on monthly basis consisting of documents like PF Challan, ESI challan, duly highlighted ECR of PF and ESI, PT challan, salary register, salary slip registers under contract Labour act etc.
•Handling PF related queries like Death Claims, settlement claims, advance claim etc. PF forms signing.
•Attending a helpdesk at client place to resolve employees’ queries.
•Handling ESI related queries of employees like leave payment, maternity and accidental death claims etc.
•Visit statutory departments viz. PF, PT, ESIC, LWF within Pune, outside Pune to submit the forms and resolving technical queries of client employees.
•Managing closures and activities applicable under monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual statutory calendar,
•Submission & Returns for all applicable acts and will not limit only to Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, LWF, MWA, Bonus Act, Employment exchange & Labour Welfare Fund,

The incumbent will also be a key contributor in handling PAN India Statutory compliance, responsible for all statutory & internal audits, auditing Maintain Alliances with clients at different levels.

Candidate Profile
• Must have 2 plus years of overall experience with at least last 1 year working in Accounts or in any payroll.
• B.com background would be an added advantage
• Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in worked for India payroll process

Work Timing : (9:30 am – 7 pm) Monday- Friday ( Saturday half day)

We don’t have pick and drop facility.
