Job Summary Filing patent applications at USPTO/EPO/SIPO/JPO/KPO and other jurisdictions;cordinating with foreign associates for statutory requirements in those countries;Analyzing Examination Reports;draft response claim amendments.

Detailed Job Profile
  • Supervising preparation and filing of patent applications at USPTO/EPO/SIPO/JPO/KPO and other jurisdictions and coordinating with foreign associates
  • Supervising all formal/statutory requirements in those countries
  • Analyzing Examination Reports/Official Action issued by the respective Patent Office, preparing draft response including claim amendments, if any;
  • Supervising filing of response to the Examination Report/Office Actions with respective Patent Offices through Associates
  • Organizing hearing and Examiner interviews in those jurisdictions.

Educational Qualification:B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, Ph.d (Electronics/ Electricals/ Mechanical/Telecommunication)
Group B: B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech/Ph.d (Biotechnology/Chemistry/Pharmaceuticals
