Role is to support the company's general counsel. You will be working closely with the existing support team to ensure that the needs of the general counsel and the compliance team are fulfilled, including but not limited to engaging in legal research, reviewing agreements and filing documentation.Skill Set:
To be successful you must have a Bachelor"rsquos degree from a reputable institution and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment. Experience in compliance and securities would be strongly favoured.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
