Job Description:

    The four broad areas of responsibilities would be:
    1) Organization Designing/ Restructuring
    2) Leadership Architecture
    3) Change Management
    4) Cultural Implications

    Identifying Deriving trends / gaps in development needs, alerting organization to critical areas for succession planning, etc. and following up with the HR BPs
    Guiding execution in area of responsibility of OD Initiatives and measures
    Challenging and consulting the organization regarding organizational maturity and change processes
    Steering and managing change and organizational development initiatives actively
    Consulting management, HR BPs and employees on all OD related matters.
    Establishing and maintaining relationships with country leadership teams to support development planning and succession planning at an organizational level
    Improve organizational innovative culture through Organizational Development initiatives on country level (e.g. employee survey, team building, culture development incl. values and leadership, diversity, organizational change guidance etc.)
    Manage vendors for OD initiatives and Leadership Training
