ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Timely completion of orders, invoices.
Should be able to identify the challenges like: - Delivery date changes, amendments, impact of any change requested, wrong invoice / orders entered, inventory issues.
Should be able to understand the concept of inventory in / inventory out process for invoicing / billing.
Clarifies the customer queries which are received in the mailbox. Able to communicate efficiently with customers through emails.
Escalates non-routine issues to lead for problem resolution.
Identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance/streamline business processes.
Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets.
Flexible to get cross-trained in multiple sub-processes and co-ordinate accordingly.
Work towards process Improvement ideas and Implementation.
Analyzes queries received and resolves within time limits.
Co-ordinates and guides team members whenever required
Takes extra initiative on the floor.
Should be able to handle team-queries.
EXPERIENCE (Must to have skills):
• 0.6-3 years of experience.
• Good Communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
Two way cab will be provided
