Job Description:

The OMT Support Associate is the primary solution provider for restaurants& Delivery executive at Swiggy Platform which acts as a Partner or Delivery executive for Live Order related issues. In addition to providing a remarkable Partner & Delivery Executive (DE) experience, a OMT Support Executive is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone & email. (Voice/Non-voice)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides prompt, efficient and high-quality service to Swiggy restaurants (partners)& Delivery executive through chat & phone
  • Demonstrates ownership of every Partner/DE/Customer interaction to achieve successful first-time resolution on all contacts
  • Works with multiple technology applications and features to resolve Partner/DE & Customer contacts
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
  • Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance

Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated effective, clear and professional written and oral communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility
  • Schedule flexibility to work at weekends
  • Intermediate MS Office applications specifically Excel (preferably)
  • Bilingual English/Hindi with 90% proficiency in both languages, third language proficiency is must
