Job Description
Title: Sales Specialist, Pressure Pumping
Location: Singapore
Shift Schedule: Day
Manages Others

Business Need / Purpose of Role
ï‚· To promote all WSPM Products and Services
ï‚· Visit existing & potential customers with the view to increase business within Indonesia
ï‚· Establish contact with all Internal / External stakeholders and maintaining excellent relationship.
Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities
ï‚· Key Accounts - Develop new revenue streams
ï‚· Liaise with Head Quarters internal sales / technical
ï‚· Report Sales / Enquiries and pipeline activity weekly/monthly
ï‚· Submits monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and sales budgets
ï‚· Visit customers & clients to promote WSPM products and services.
ï‚· Support internal sales & resolve any issues or queries: Product descriptions, Order Processing,
Delivery etc.
ï‚· Produce statistical data where required and report at weekly / monthly management meeting
ï‚· Deal with Sales, Rental and Refurb contracts in conjunction with Sales Team & Country Manager
based in Singapore. Review contracts as necessary.
ï‚· Inventory Review & Management
ï‚· Taking responsibility of Technical and Operational matters including workshop management.
ï‚· Communication, Data base & IT support when required.
ï‚· Liaise with clients/3rd parties and proactively represent the company.
ï‚· Provide improvement advice to senior management.
ï‚· Participate in any continuous improvement & initiatives where required.
ï‚· Maintain accurate records on all customer visits.
ï‚· Follow up on significant enquiries and keep Syteline data base current with relevant information.
ï‚· Order processing, Generate Pick List, Shipping outgoing cargo and follow through all orders to
completion.
ï‚· Update data in Syteline to allow OTD to be tracked
ï‚· Ensure personal compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures of company
ï‚· Involve and Participate in QEHS matters
ï‚· Anything else required by Management
Objectives and Measurements
ï‚· Increase & grow sales of WSPM products, services and rental.
ï‚· KPI: Sales targets, repeat business, new business, professionalism.
ï‚· Ensuring operational efficiencies of WSPM .

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Personal Specifications - Job Knowledge/Education & Qualifications/Personal Attributes
ï‚· Experience in B2B Sales.
ï‚· Experience in Syteline or equivalent ERP System knowledge.
ï‚· Excellent understanding of pressure pumping equipment.
ï‚· Good Communicator with sales techniques and positive outlook.
ï‚· Must be pro-active, reliable and consistent in the information and advice offered.
ï‚· Able to work under pressure at their own initiative and possess good attitude.
ï‚· Have an engineering background with negotiation & presentation skills.
ï‚· Additional languages may be of an advantage.
ï‚· Sound computer skills including - word, excel and ERP systems
