Should be well experienced in incident and change management procedures
3-6 years hands on experience with Autosys in the area of installation, maintenance and performance tuning and configuration
Experienced in Scheduler, Application Server, Event Server and Workload Control Centre,(WCC)
This role has overall administration responsibility for ensuring production stability and functionality of the Autosys scheduling application
Job responsibilities include developing, implementing and controlling high quality application performance and understanding custom client processes
Patching, installing, upgrading and working with 3rd party vendors to ensure that the application meets client and vendor criteria.
Support recovery activities during disaster exercises and disasters. Develop and update documentation. Monitor client change requests. Ensure Quality Assurance and Security compliance of all production environments.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
