Job Description
· Ensure operations run efficiently in shift by effective team management

· To ensure all the calls are logged, rightly prioritized and allocated as per SLA norms mentioned by WNS.

· To ensure SLA adherence

· To ensure all the user queries are responded in a timely manner

· Ensure all escalations are managed as per defined norms

· To mentor the team under enabling them to achieve their individual responsibilities beyond organization expectations

· To define & track the performance of team members
