We are looking for a professional Operational manager to be responsible for managing all hotel operations for delivering an excellent guest experience and generating profit for the organisation, preferably with 10 years experience in the hotel industry, out of which a minimum of 01 year or more as an operations manager or equivalent level, or 02 years or more as an Assistant Operations manager or equivalent level. Hotel Management Degree from a reputed college. An MBA will be an added advantage. Should have led a diverse team and achieved positive results. Has to be dynamic/proactive in nature, ability to prioritize the work, effective delegation and follow-up of the tasks.Communication and leadership skills.Has to coordinate with all the departments and ensure smooth functioning of the unit. Will be the One point contact for the management. A minimum guarantee of 24 months to work with us is a must.Salary will commensurate with the experience and profile of the candidate, its not a constraint for deserving candidates. Will be posted at anyone of the properties at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
