Openings for WFM Executive with sal upto 5LPA

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Aware of the WFM Formulas like - Shrinkage, Manpower Calculation, Occupancy, and utilization, Splitting the name in Excel.

- Knowledge about Macros or SQL Queries.

- Aware of Dashboard and Template Creation

- Difference between RTA and RCA

- Aware of the WFM Tools like - Bluepumkin, IEX

WFM - Executive/ Sr. Executive / scheduler / service planner

• Roster Preparation on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis by coordinating with Ops. Effectively coordinating with all stake holders in order to plan & deliver effective schedules for Voice and Non-Voice Business.

• Manages changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage.

• Maintain business outage/Downtime tracker.

• Monitor attendance and schedule adherence.

• Responsible for optimum utilization of Resources & improve Staffing Efficiency on a real time basis.

• Should be comfortable with 24*7 shifts.

• Strong stakeholder management.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Good working experience on MS Excel, Macros, MS Access and SQL (Value add).
