Job Description
JOB ROLE-

1. Educate the Customer about the product
2. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
3.Close the leads assigned by the call center team
4. Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
5. Customer Servicing
6.Collection of Renewals
7.Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

Note: Leads will be provided by the company.

Eligibility
1. Should have work experience into Bancassurance channel or Direct channel in any life insurance company OR BFSI Sales.
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Should have successive track record & should be stable in one company for at least 6 months.
4. Should be confident, street smart, aggressive, accountable & result oriented
Company- TATA AIA Life Insurance

Package- 3.5L(depends on your interview and the experiences you have in sales)

Position- Corporate agency manager(CAM)

Channel- Banca channel
