• Agency is a premiere Sales Channel at HDFC Life aimed for developing a group of highly productive and skilled front line sales employees in the Agency space.
• The front lines sales employees are called "BDM" in this channel. We want to create a group of highly accomplished frontline sales managers.

About BDM in the Agency Channel:
• The key responsibility of BDM is to build a high performing distribution network of financial consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.
• Post onboarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and Agency channel management
• After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.
• You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a strong distribution (No. of active, successful Financial Consultants, distribution build up and overall premium targets met) and sustainable network to meet your business targets and your quality of business.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
