Please find the details:

1-4 years of experience in Staffing business/ IT Recruitment.
Handled complete end-to-end recruitment process.
C2H (Contract to hire) staffing for MNC clients.
Responsible for end to end solution for IT recruitment (Entry level-Middle level-Senior level requirements).
Getting the requirement from the Lead analyzing the requirement with them to assess the exact requirement with respect to technology, deadline, number of resources required, and expertise expected from the resource, etc.
Initial screening skills, team compatibility & stability etc.
Identifying Talent through various sources such as Job portals, Internal Database, employee referrals.
Very well versed in doing Job Posting and sending mass mailers through the Job portals and Free Job Posting Sites.
Screening and Scrutinizing Resumes & identifying prospective candidates.Conduct initial short listing of the candidate by evaluating him/her through telephonic interview for Technical skills, communication, stability, confidence, suitability to the project and fitment to the company.
Schedule & co-ordinate technical interview with the hiring managers Follow up with the selected candidates, and keeping them warm till their actual joining.
Co-ordinate walk-in interviews.
Responsible for database maintenance for each requirement
Should have worked on IT Skill sets (Generic and Niche Skills)
Should be a good team player
Should have end to end recruitment experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Positive Attitude
